Rules (apply to every step of this skill):
Turn approved content plus account context into a finished, prospect-specific asset. The shape is loose - one-pager, deck, leave-behind, FAQ - but the content pipeline is fixed: claims come from the org’s approved materials, account data, or material the user provides, never from model memory.
| Tool type | Used for | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| docs | the org’s approved content, templates, proof points | no (user-provided material only; other claims labeled UNVERIFIED) |
| crm | account/opportunity facts for personalization | no (personalization skipped; gap noted in the asset header) |
| transcripts | the customer’s own words - pains, metrics, quotes | no |
| commitments and context already in writing | no |
Check which tools are connected (plus any org facts the user or the project instructions already gave). Ground the org’s template/voice (deck structure, palette references, canonical narrative if one exists) and where approved content lives from org context (inferred from what is connected or uploaded; if the answer depends on a fact no one has given, ask ONE question, use the answer for this conversation and suggest adding it to the project instructions; otherwise use a clearly labeled default and continue). Infer the shape from the ask; if genuinely ambiguous, ask ONE question offering: doc (one-pager/brief/FAQ), deck, or leave-behind. Capture audience and the account.
Priority order: (1) user-provided material - the strongest signal of intent; (2) the org’s approved materials via docs; (3) account data - crm facts, transcript themes and quotes (mark paraphrase vs verbatim), email commitments. Build a short content inventory - each claim with its source - before rendering anything. Narrative guardrail for decks: default first-call deck is 5-6 slides (who we are, what’s changed for their industry, proof, how to get started, ask); longer only on explicit ask, or per the org’s own template. Show the inventory plus a proposed outline and get a quick “go” before generating - cheaper to fix the outline than the deck.
One asset per deliverable, updated in place on iteration. New-file creation by default; show the change before overwriting an existing doc unless the user says to replace it.
Every claim traces to the content inventory; customer-facing assets
carry nothing internal-only; deck length matches the agreed outline;
every customer-specific number has its citation or its bracket. Hand
over with what was generated, where it lives, and the one next action
(e.g. draft-outreach to send it). Scheduled runs render the asset and
take only the other actions the user set the schedule up to take.
