Must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible:

• Part of AWS Activate Portfolio tier, or part of a recognized accelerator or VC, or proof of funding for a minimum of $2M USD raised
• Pre-seed through Series A
• Founded in the last 5 years
• New to CircleCI or on free plan
